Cancellation and Payment Policy
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. No booking is confirmed until payment has been received in full. No deposits are taken — bookings are paid in full upfront.
Accepted payment methods: card payment via Stripe, payment link, or bank transfer. Cash payments for engineer sessions may be accepted in person at Rebellious Records' discretion and must be agreed in advance.
Business clients may be offered invoice terms at Rebellious Records' sole discretion. Where agreed in writing, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Interest accrues on overdue invoices at 4% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily, pursuant to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Minimum Booking Notice
Bookings must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled session start time. Bookings cannot be accepted within 2 hours of a session starting.
Cancellation Policy
More than 24 hours before the session
A full refund to your original payment method
Between 3 and 24 hours before the session
No refund is available. Your payment will be converted into a booking credit valid for 14 days from the date of cancellation. Credits must be used within 14 days and cannot be extended, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
Less than 3 hours before the session
Your full payment is forfeited. No refund or credit will be provided. This reflects the genuine loss suffered by Rebellious Records in the form of irrecoverable slot costs and engineer fees that cannot be reallocated at short notice.
No-Shows
A no-show occurs where you fail to attend your booking or fail to notify Rebellious Records of cancellation within 45 minutes of your scheduled start time.
In the case of a no-show, your full payment is forfeited. No refund or credit will be provided. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension or permanent removal of booking privileges.
Discount Codes
Discount codes may be issued as either private/single-use codes or shared promotional codes. Codes may be limited by expiry date, booking type, customer eligibility, number of uses per customer, or total number of redemptions. Shared promotional codes remain valid only until the stated redemption limit or expiry date is reached. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
Rebellious Records reserves the right to cancel any booking made using an unauthorised, expired, or fraudulently obtained code.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times are determined by your payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days.
Rebellious Studios Cancellations
Where Rebellious Records cancels a booking, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Rebellious Records will not be liable for any further loss arising from such cancellation.
