Recording sessions include a professional in-house engineer who will set up, operate the equipment, and guide you through the session. Dry Hire is self-engineered - you bring your own laptop and knowledge and use the studio space independently.

A professional in-house engineer, full use of the studio and control room, access to all equipment including microphones, monitors, and outboard gear, and the booth and lounge space for the duration of your session.

Your own laptop with your DAW installed and licensed, any plugins you need, a USB or external drive for your files, and the UAD driver installed and up to date if you're using UAD plugins. Our assistant engineer will set up on arrival but will not engineer the session.

Yes - you're welcome to bring food and drinks into the studio. Please keep the space clean and tidy throughout your session.

Yes. There's no strict guest limit but please be mindful of space and noise levels for other sessions running in the building.

We will me send you the files via email after the session or alternatively, bring a USB or external hard drive to take your files away on the day. We retain session files for 365 days.

Yes - Free Parking is available in the car park - If you arrive before 18:00 on a week day, send us your license plate to validate your parking.

We're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All sessions are by appointment only - book online to secure your slot.
