REBELLIOUS RECORDS — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Rebellious Records. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By completing a booking you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms on behalf of yourself and all members of your session party.

1. Bookings & Payments

All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system at rebelliousrecords.co.uk or via DM on Instagram. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Your session will not be confirmed until payment has been received. All payments are processed securely via Stripe or Bank Transfer.

2. Cancellations

We understand that plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session — full payment can be transferred to a rescheduled session at no extra charge

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session — payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another session

• No-shows — if you do not attend your session and have not contacted us in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule

3. Rescheduling

Each booking is limited to one reschedule. Further rescheduling requests may not be accommodated. The rescheduled date is subject to studio availability and is not guaranteed. To request a reschedule contact us at info@rebelliousrecords.co.uk or via DM on Instagram as soon as possible.

4. Session Times

Sessions begin and end at the times stated in your booking confirmation. Your booked time includes set-up time and we will endeavour to have everything prepared before your arrival. Late arrivals will not receive additional studio time or a refund for time missed. Please do not assume extra time is available beyond your booked slot as there may be another session immediately after yours. Any extensions must be approved and paid for before the session continues.

5. Capacity & Guests

A maximum of 6 people are permitted in the studio at any one time. This includes artists, guests, and any additional attendees. Rebellious Records reserves the right to refuse entry to any guests exceeding this limit.

6. Studio Rules

The following rules must be observed at all times:

• The studio door must remain closed during your session

• Please do not linger in corridors or communal areas — these are shared spaces used by other businesses in the building

• No food or drink near studio equipment

• The studio must be left in the same condition it was found — any mess left behind may result in an additional cleaning charge

• Any damage to equipment or the studio space is the responsibility of the lead booker and will be charged at full replacement or repair cost

7. Equipment

All studio equipment must be treated with care. Rebellious Records accepts no responsibility for any damage caused to client equipment or personal belongings during a session. Clients using dry hire sessions must ensure they are competent in operating professional studio equipment before arrival.

8. Dry Hire

Dry hire sessions do not include an in-house engineer. An assistant engineer will get you set up on arrival and remain on standby throughout your session. Dry hire sessions do not include permission for video or photo shoots unless separately arranged and booked under the correct category.

9. Day Hire Sessions

Day hire gives you full studio access from 12pm to 8pm for a fixed rate. The same rules that apply to dry hire sessions apply to day hire. Day hire does not include an in-house engineer. An assistant engineer will get you set up on arrival and remain on standby throughout.

10. Engineer Sessions

Engineer sessions include a dedicated in-house engineer for the full duration of your booking. You are welcome to send stems, beats, or reference tracks to info@rebelliousrecords.co.uk before your session and we will have everything ready when you arrive.

11. Ownership of Session Files

Until full payment has been made, all session files remain the property of Rebellious Records. Once payment is settled in full, you will have complete ownership of all recorded material.

12. File Retention

We will retain all session files for a period of 365 days following the completion of your session. After this period, all files will be permanently deleted from our systems. Please ensure you have obtained all necessary files and made appropriate backups within this timeframe. Rebellious Records accepts no responsibility for loss of files after this period.

13. Access Codes

Access codes provided for entry to the building and studio are strictly confidential. Please do not share them with anyone outside of your session party. Sharing access codes is a breach of these terms and may result in future bookings being refused.

14. CCTV

CCTV is in operation throughout the premises at all times for security and safety purposes. Footage is retained for up to 30 days. By entering the premises you consent to being recorded. For more information see our Privacy Policy at rebelliousrecords.co.uk/privacy-policy.

15. Intellectual Property

Rebellious Records does not claim ownership of any content recorded, mixed, or produced in our studio. All intellectual property rights remain with the client upon receipt of full payment.

16. Liability

Rebellious Records accepts no liability for injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the studio. Clients attend at their own risk. Any equipment or personal items left on the premises after session completion are the sole responsibility of the owner.

17. Privacy

Personal information collected at the time of booking is used solely for the purpose of managing your session and communicating with you about your booking. We handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR. For full details see our Privacy Policy at rebelliousrecords.co.uk/privacy-policy.

18. Changes to Terms

Rebellious Records reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at rebelliousrecords.co.uk/terms-conditions. The version published at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
