REBELLIOUS RECORDS — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Rebellious Records for your session. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read and understand the following terms and conditions. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Cancellations & Amendments We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, irrespective of the reason for cancellation. However, this charge may be waived at the discretion of the studio manager where valid reasons are provided and agreed upon.

2. Rescheduling Policy If you wish to reschedule rather than cancel, we allow one rescheduling opportunity per booking. The rescheduled date must fall within the same calendar month as the original booking. Failure to reschedule within the same month will be treated as a cancellation and the policy in section 1 will apply. Rescheduling is subject to studio availability and is not guaranteed. 3. Bookings & Payments All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session before it begins. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

4. Ownership of Session Files Until full payment has been made, all session files remain the property of Rebellious Records. Once payment is settled in full, you will have complete ownership of all recorded material. Please ensure payment is made by the last day of your session unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with the studio manager.

5. File Retention Policy We will retain all session files for a period of 365 days following the completion of your session. After this period, all files will be permanently deleted from our systems. Please ensure you have obtained all necessary files and made appropriate backups within this timeframe. Rebellious Records accepts no responsibility for loss of files after this period.

6. Set-Up Time Your booked studio time includes set-up time. We will endeavour to have your session prepared before your arrival to make the most of your allotted time.

7. Late Arrivals Sessions start and end at the booked time regardless of arrival time. Late arrivals will not receive additional studio time or a refund for time missed.

8. Studio Use & Equipment Clients are responsible for the care of all studio equipment and the space during their session. Any damage caused to equipment or the studio by the client or their guests will be charged at full replacement or repair cost. Food and drinks are permitted in designated areas only. Please treat the space with respect.

9. Capacity & Guests The number of guests attending must be agreed in advance. Rebellious Records reserves the right to limit the number of people in the studio at any time for safety and operational reasons.

10. Prohibited Activities The following are strictly prohibited on the premises: illegal substances, weapons, threatening or abusive behaviour, video or photography shoots unless specifically booked as a visual session, and any activity that violates UK law. Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

11. Special Occasion Sessions Special occasion bookings must be made under the correct category. Booking a standard session for a celebration or group event may result in cancellation or an additional charge. Food and drinks are welcome during special occasion sessions - please respect the space and clean up after yourselves.

12. Dry Hire Sessions Dry hire sessions do not include an in-house engineer. Clients must ensure they have the Universal Audio (UAD) driver installed before arrival. Dry hire sessions do not include permission for video or photo shoots unless separately arranged and booked under the correct category.

13. Music Video & Visual Sessions All music video and content shoots must be booked under the correct visual session category. Please contact us at info@rebelliousrecords.co.uk before booking to discuss your requirements.

14. Identification Upon request, clients must be able to provide valid photographic identification.

15. Liability While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and professional environment, Rebellious Records will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personnel, equipment, or belongings during your session. Any equipment or personal items left on the premises after session completion are the sole responsibility of the owner.

16. Intellectual Property Rebellious Records does not claim ownership of any content recorded, mixed, or produced in our studios. All intellectual property rights remain with the client upon receipt of full payment.

17. Privacy Personal information collected at the time of booking is used solely for the purpose of managing your session and communicating with you about your booking. We do not share your data with third parties.

18. Changes to Terms Rebellious Records reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
